Tickets typically go on sale during the first full week of November.

How long does the performance take?
It takes about an hour to walk through all the scenes. Dress warmly—you’ll sometimes be under cover and other times out under the open sky.

Yes, all attendees need tickets.

When did Follow the Star start?
Follow the Star began in 2002. Since we skipped 2020, this will be our 22nd year.

How many volunteers are involved?
About 120 costumed actors and 80 behind-the-scenes staff members work together to make Follow the Star happen.

Approximately 5,000 people go through the program annually.

Who sponsors Follow the Star?
Follow the Star is sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. While many people from different denominations contribute to this wonderful event, it is primarily supported by the Adventist Church.
